to make returns and exchanges as easy as possible.

We offer a simple 30 day return for refund, 60 day exchange for same style and color, different sizing.

Exchanging for different item or the same item in a new color is not permitted.  This will be handled as return and a new order can be placed for the new item.

• All returns must be received within 30 days
• All exchanges must be received within 60 days
• All returns / exchanges must be in NEW unsoiled and unaltered condition

Team-G / Custom designs are NOT
exchangeable or refundable.  These items are custom colored, designed and are non-refundable and non-exchangeble.  Please size carefully.  You can request sample swatches if you have questions about coloring before ordering as well as placing a single %50 returnable costume for fitting.
